For Lawyers & Law Firms
Legally Robust Procedures. Digital, Efficient, and Client-Focused.
Lawyers must safeguard their clients’ interests reliably and cost-effectively. Alongside litigation, out-of-court procedures are becoming increasingly important – especially when deadlines are approaching, amounts in dispute are high or clients expect a swift resolution.
CenaCom is a state-recognised conciliation body with more than 8.000 completed procedures. We offer law firms legally robust and practice-proven procedures that suspend limitation periods, reduce liability risks and help secure mandates – from urgent deadline protection to the resolution of complex disputes.

Where Lawyers Reach Their Limits
Lawyers operate under constant pressure from deadlines, cost risks and high client expectations.
Common situations:
- Imminent limitation: Claims must be secured at the last possible moment.
- Liability risks: Incorrect filings or insufficient case preparation.
- Cost factor: Lengthy court proceedings, even in cases with lower amounts in dispute.
- Client acceptance: Many clients prefer efficient, out-of-court solutions.
- Resource constraints: Litigation ties up capacities that could be used for advisory work.
A structured out-of-court procedure protects client relationships, reduces risks and creates additional strategic options for counsel. Lawyers may advise their clients throughout the procedure; legal representation is not mandatory.
