Mediation
Your Path to Consensual and Lasting Dispute Resolution
Mediation is a structured and voluntary process in which a neutral mediator facilitates communication between the parties in conflict. The aim is to develop viable solutions jointly that are accepted by all participants.
Unresolved conflicts hinder progress, strain business relationships and generate unnecessary costs. With professionally conducted mediation, CenaCom offers a legally sound, out-of-court alternative to litigation. We guide all parties step by step towards an agreement based on acceptance, fairness and lasting cooperation.

What is Mediation?
Mediation is a voluntary and confidential procedure governed by the German Mediation Act (§ 1 MediationsG). The parties choose the mediator themselves and retain full control over the outcome. The mediator remains neutral, facilitates communication and ensures that all participants are involved fairly (§ 2 para. 3 MediationsG).
Mediation can be terminated at any time. If an agreement is reached, it is documented in a final settlement—durable, binding and supported by all parties.
CenaCom conducts mediations according to recognised mediation principles and a clearly defined procedural framework. Transparency, fairness and sustainable results guide the entire process.
A mediator is an independent and neutral person without decision-making authority who guides the parties through the mediation process.
