You are involved in a dispute where the legal assessment of the matter is contested.

Our neutral experts prepare Expert Reports on the disputed issues at your request. Together with the other party, you may agree that the outcome will be binding. The reports are prepared by experienced fully qualified lawyers (judges, attorneys) and conclude with either a conciliation recommendation or a binding expert determination, depending on the agreed procedure.

In most cases, the costs for preparing the report are shared equally between the parties.
