Workplace Bullying
Recognising and Addressing Harmful Conduct Early
The causes of systematic attacks on an employee’s dignity are often complex. Still, organisations cannot afford to lose capable employees or accept declining performance because interpersonal tensions or communication breakdowns remain unresolved.

Identifying and Resolving Emerging Conflicts
The earlier managers recognise and address an emerging conflict, the higher the likelihood of achieving a workable solution—both for the individuals involved and for the organisation.
This requires trained personnel who can act as trusted contact points and provide an initial, neutral intervention. In many cases, approaching the works council is not the most suitable first step.
