Business Restructuring

Business Restructuring Supported by a Restructuring Mediator

A corporate crisis does not necessarily have to lead to insolvency. When a business crisis is addressed early and proactively, the chances increase that, with the help of a mediator, liquidation can be avoided and the company can be restructured in the interest of all parties involved, including creditors and debtors. With the support of a neutral mediator, it is possible to:

  • rebuild lost trust between the parties,
  • facilitate the consensus needed to carry out the restructuring,
  • design, manage, and monitor the restructuring efficiently and in compliance with legal requirements through controlling,
  • prevent distribution conflicts, and
  • overcome negotiation deadlocks.

How we support you

Negoatiations Mediation

We support you in developing and implementing your own solutions for conflicts that arise during the restructuring process.

Conciliation

If the parties are not able, or no longer able, to resolve the conflict on their own, conciliation becomes a suitable option. In conciliation, the parties hand over the authority to decide the outcome to a neutral third party, the conciliator. The conciliator evaluates the situation, considers all aspects, and then issues a binding conciliation decision.
