Business Succession
Conflict-free Business Succession
You are a business owner and, due to age, facing the question of how your company should continue in the future. Or you and your siblings have inherited a business, but there is no clear succession plan in place through a will, an inheritance contract, or similar arrangements.
An unresolved business succession is a serious matter that can lead to lengthy and costly disputes. It also carries responsibility for protecting existing jobs. This is where mediation becomes valuable. A neutral third party without decision-making authority facilitates communication between the parties involved, including heirs, business owners, and successors.

How we support you
Negotiations Moderation
We help you develop and implement your own solutions for conflicts arising during the succession process.
Conciliation
If the parties are not able, or no longer able, to resolve the conflict themselves, conciliation is a suitable option. In this process, the parties hand over the decision regarding the outcome of the dispute to a neutral third party, the conciliator. The conciliator evaluates the situation, weighs the arguments, and then issues a conciliation decision.
