Conciliation

If the parties are not able, or no longer able, to resolve the conflict themselves, conciliation is a suitable option. In this process, the parties hand over the decision regarding the outcome of the dispute to a neutral third party, the conciliator. The conciliator evaluates the situation, weighs the arguments, and then issues a conciliation decision.
