On November 17, 2011, CenaCom will give a lecture on “Alternative Dispute Resolution in Capital Market Law – Experiences” at the autumn conference of the Banking and Capital Market Law Working Group of the German Bar Association in Frankfurt am Main (8th Day of Banking and Capital Market Law).
During the event, CenaCom’s experience as a state-recognized conciliation office will be presented, especially in the field of capital market law. Based on the many years of experience of the mediators, who have been conducting conciliation proceedings and mediations in the area of capital investments since 2004, legal requirements, mediation options and individual negotiation results will be presented.
