Your tasks:
- Independent handling of statutory conciliation proceedings
- Independent implementation of mediations
- Developing practical mediation proposals
- Controlling and evaluation
You bring with you:
- Several years of professional experience, preferably as a manager
- Recognized training as a business mediator
- Particular proximity to business and the world of work
- Planning and organizational skills
- Open-mindedness and empathy
- strong personality
