In April of this year, Finanztest conducted an online survey on test.de to find out who had already had what kind of experience with mediation procedures. The results of this survey are in line with a survey that CenaCom recently conducted among small and medium-sized companies:
The vast majority are generally in favor of settling disputes out of court with the help of mediation procedures. And the participants who have already had experience of mediation would prefer this procedure to court proceedings at any time in suitable cases.
