The Federal Ministry of Justice and Consumer Protection (BMJV) has commissioned the German Research Institute for Public Administration (FÖV) in Speyer to evaluate the Mediation Act (MediationsG). The aim is to gain insights into the state of mediation in Germany after the Mediation Act came into force. With the help of the knowledge gained, conclusions are to be drawn with regard to promoting the further spread of mediation.
All members of the major mediation associations are invited to participate in the evaluation.
