As a state-recognized conciliation office, CenaCom has access to a large amount of personal data and information when processing conciliation proceedings, preservation of evidence and deposit proceedings as well as mediation and arbitration.
As we are aware of the highly confidential nature of our cooperation, we have had our electronic data processing systems checked in terms of data protection law and our employees have undergone data protection training.
