In the course of the current BGH case law and with the entry into force of the Consumer Dispute Resolution Act on April 1, 2016, which has led, among other things, to an amendment of Section 204 BGB, a revision of the CenaCom Rules of Procedure has become necessary. The main changes are an adjustment of the terminology in accordance with Section 204 (1) No. 4 BGB, clarification of the formal requirements for initiating conciliation proceedings and clarification of the point in time at which the proceedings end.

CenaCom adapted its rules of procedure in 2016: new terms in accordance with Section 204 BGB, clear rules for conciliation proceedings and a precise definition of the end of proceedings.
