Relaunch of the website and updating of the cost regulations of CenaCom GmbH

CenaCom GmbH – Center for Applied Conflict Management now presents itself with a new, modern website.

Modern appearance – proven quality

CenaCom GmbH – Center for Applied Conflict Management now presents itself with a new, modern website.
The website has been completely revised with the relaunch: It now offers a clearer structure, improved user guidance and extensive information on our services in the areas of conciliation proceedings, mediation, arbitration and conflict management systems (CMS).
The aim of the relaunch is to make it even easier for people seeking advice, lawyers, companies, authorities and institutions to access our procedures – digitally, transparently and with minimal barriers.

One new feature in particular is digital access to dispute resolution proceedings: In future, applications can be submitted directly online. In addition, the procedures, processes and legal bases (e.g. suspension of the statute of limitations, enforceability of settlements) are now clearly explained. The role of CenaCom as a state-recognized dispute resolution body pursuant to Section 204 BGB and Section 794 (1) No. 1 ZPO is also clearly explained.

Adjustment of the cost structure

Parallel to the website relaunch, we have revised the rules of procedure and costs. This is due to the significant increase in general costs for personnel, IT infrastructure and administrative expenses since 2022. The last adjustment was made in 2022; since then, energy, communication and office space costs in particular have risen significantly.

The new cost regulations (as of October 22, 2025) ensure that conciliation and mediation proceedings continue to be conducted with the usual quality, neutrality and reliability. The adjustments have been made moderately and with a sense of proportion: most fees have been increased by around 10 to 15 %. One example:

Type of feeto date (2022)new (from 27.10.2025)
Application fee up to € 500,000 value in dispute200,00 €220,00 €
Negotiation fee (half day)420,00 €520,00 €
Negotiation fee (full day)600,00 €720,00 €
Domestic delivery (from 3rd attempt)5 €7 €
International delivery10 €12 €

The fair and transparent cost structure remains unchanged:
All fees are based on the amount in dispute, the effort involved and the duration of the proceedings. In addition, reductions and withdrawals – for example in the event of early termination of proceedings – are still provided for.
The complete schedule of costs is available on the website and applies to all proceedings initiated from November 27, 2025.

Proven neutrality – modern structures

With the relaunch and the revised cost regulations, we are underlining our claim to offer efficient, transparent and contemporary dispute resolution.
Our procedures thus remain a genuine alternative to court proceedings: fast, confidential and legally secure.
